The data controllers are Alessandro Persiano (VAT IT14499650969) and Alessandro Sisto (VAT IT01690720295), professionals operating under the Etnatech trade name. For data requests: hello@etnatech.it.
Data we process
This site is an informational brochure. We do not collect accounts or newsletters. For traffic statistics we use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless tool from the hosting provider: it measures visits and page views in aggregate form, without cookies or personal identifiers. If you write to us on WhatsApp (the form opens the app with the text already filled in) or by email, we process your name and the content of the message only to reply. WhatsApp is a Meta service: its terms and privacy notice apply.
Legal basis and retention
The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Art. 6 GDPR). Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and to meet legal obligations.
Cookies and hosting
We do not use profiling cookies. Vercel Web Analytics does not set cookies: traffic data stays aggregated. The site is hosted on Vercel: the provider may process technical connection data (IP address, logs) to deliver and protect the service, according to its own notice.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or objection by writing to hello@etnatech.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
